Returns

All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will accept any returns or exchanges on regularly priced items within 30 days of the date the order is delivered.

Returns and Exchanges must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of the date the order is delivered.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damages.
  • Items must contain original tags.
  • Notify us of your return to contact@byseasons.com
  • Sale items are FINAL and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Upon receipt of your return, a confirmation message will be sent to the email address provided when your order was placed to confirm the processing of the return.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be credited back only to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used on the original purchase. If the credit/debit card or PayPal account is no longer available, you will be provided with a store credit.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 days to credit your account depending on your financial institution.
  • Refunds will be issued for the amount of the initial order minus shipping charges.
  • Sale items are FINAL and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Exchanges

Due to limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that we will have the same item of a different size in stock. If the item you are requesting for exchange is not available, we will notify you and provide you the following options:

  • Refund your order amount minus shipping charges.
  • Provide you with store credit equal to the amount of your order minus shipping charges.
